I've been looking at some of the items, and I was wondering where they dropped at (or what dropped them), or if they are rewards, other than players / escrow :)

My first guess would be Estamel drops them.

They can be found in Guiristas space, it is the best of guiristas officer spawns.

She is a Guristas Officer who randomly (and obviously at a very low rate) spawns in 0.0 belts. Not sure which regions have Guristas but i'd guess most northern regions do.

The damage on my ship isn't even from Estamel (note the fitting), I landed in that belt warping out from another engagement.

That exact invuln went for 11bil or more in the sells forum iirc.

Estamel drops shinies, and only spawns (as far as I know) in Venal belts.
