Its best to accept it as a loss and be pleasantly surprised if it gets replaced. Petitions for ship loss take awhile. I waited three weeks before I got a message that they were dumping the que. However, when I got a buggy mission they fixed it within the hour. I blame the frivolous petitioners.

CCP needs to send the petitions of those who whine on the forums to the back of the queue.

I sent in a valid petion loss do to a know bug and easily verified.
I simply asked if others were experiancing similar delay's
EDIT re-read your post removed some stuff added in frustration over the whole situation

It hasn't been 30 days yet. Reimbursement is not high on the queue, because other issues like stuck or harassement are more important.

LOL hes complaining after only 6 days lmao....Back when ccp had that faulty "routine" server restart my freighter went into cyber-space after I had placed it in a "named" escrow. lol It took me about 35 days and patience before I finally got it back. When you petition a ship / item as being lost for and request reimburstment. It will not happen when you think it should, on your schedule....It will happen when your petition reaches the top of the que. at the time of my freighter disapearing ccp had mentioned in their pop up that they had recieved about 10k petitions of things disapearing. when you factor in the amount of ppl playing this game and you come to realize that you are not playing a game with one hell of an AI but that you are playing a game that has alot of ppl in it as well that have filed petitions for various reasons as well. Just an fyi.. under normal conditions it has taken me between 2 weeks to a month to have a ship returned to me. When the GM's get a reimburstment petition, they have to read your claim and be able to verify it with the data logs on the server and make sure they add up. Usually they give them back but sometimes they dont. it also helps to be nice and respectful to the ppl that have the power to return your lost ships. No matter how you feel when you lose a ship... always try this approach. 1. give as detailed an explaination as possible to include the events that led up to ur loss, the condition (i.e. lag issues), type of ship / item you lost system name, mission name and lvl along with agent (if applicable), always request reimburstment, dont assume that because its listed under the reimburstment option that it iwll be assumend you want it. never hurts to request it. and above all that do it without letting emotion getting the better of you. there is also a 7 day time limit in which lost items must be filed. the longer you wait the less likely you will get them back. ... 6 days is nothing when you have to wait 25 days for one lol just think of it as a skill in training. lol

Wall of text. Please, seperate your posts into paragraphs if you want anyone to read them, thanks
To the OP: As others have said, you will have to wait a lot longer than 6 days, possibly some months before your petition gets answered. However they did have a huge blitz on the petition queue last week so maybe it'll only be a few weeks.

Kanae: The GMs have a lot of petitions to handle, therefore it may take sometime for yours to get answered. Please be patient. A lot of people's petitions are getting delayed.
Others: Please do not flame or troll. Please contribute to the thread in a civil manner.
