So...
1) Goonie finds a spawn and either BM's or cloaks, then makes the call in local
2) -V- guy goes out there, 1hr later... pop
3) Goonie decloaks/whatever, nicks loot, warps out
4) -V- guy goes postal in local, gets gagged
5) -V- guy comes to EO to tell the story, gets laughed at
TBH, it was brilliant and pathetic of the Goon. But he took a long time springing the trap and therefore deserves the fruits of his labor too. Xiaodown, much love man, but you got played.

All of a sudden, one of the goonswarm guys warps in. He runs to the domi can, loots it, and warps off. No interest in fighting whatsoever. The audacity of this guy!
I'm kind of taken aback, and I have some choice words in local. Which I shouldn't have done, and which goes against what all of the people ranked above me in the alliance (which is most of 'em) tell us to do. But, still. I was pretty mad. I mean, what the heck?!?
... So then, the goon guy's sensative ears (eyes?) are offended, and he reports me for using foul language! After which I'm gagged for an hour by the powers-that-be!
The moral of the story is this: Goonswarm, if all you've got is ninja looters and tattletales, you should pack up and go home. This area is for serious pilots and serious PVP, and you don't qualify.
Go back to wow wuss :P

Maybe you shouldnt have mentioned it untill it was all in your cargo hold.. But as a collegue say, not much interesting stuff from domination spawns, generally (I once looted a 130m webber:P).

you guys smack all the time, the only time i have not seen smack from u is when u log faster to escape with the egg from the bubble. Is no fun with u guys u donÆt have quality smack sorry not even when u win ...

Even though I don't like smack, I have never understood the reasons why for such petitions for foul language, especially due to the fact that it is possible to block the person.
I wonder how RPs feel, if they are gagged by CCP for foul language. That would kind of ruin the freedom of roleplaying.
@Xiaodown, hey, I know its not a good feeling to loose a can regardless, but since you are at war with them, I can't blame them for doing this to you(looting your can). Lets just hope you will get fortunate in the future, or fuel extra anger against the said persons. However, I do feel it to be rather lame of Goons to gag you, especially considering they had just "stolen" your loot, and should have been pleased enough about themselves for that.

2) Select Bookmark Can
3) Name the can "This should be basic stuff for a serious PvP'er"
4) Warp to nearest Planet.
5) Warp back to your bookmark labelled "This should be basic stuff for a serious PvP'er", within 15km.
6) Lock Can.
7) Tractor Can.

Eh, i already know that - no need to explain to me how you for instance have camped the last lvl in 8/10s and abused the bugged overseer spawn rates over and over and over(each 45 mins is it?) Maybe explain it to the eve community concerned with inflation though?

First off, killboards have nothing to do with abusing the complex bug. Unless you want to post killmails of 25 overseers a day or whatever it was.
Secondly, overseer farming had fairly little effect on inflation: the ISK bought in by the overseer's effects isn't actually very significant compared to other ISK sources. The deadspace loot simply shifts the balance of wealth, doesn't create it.

RA were indeed dead at a point (or very close  ) but they just wouldnt take the hint and were stubborn enough to stay there (even as a corpse) until the guys who killed them left (or most of them). Then they started by bloodsucking a mouse here and there and got back to full vampiric powers in no time it seems 
As to those that are fighting RA now... well I am not there and cant say now can I? but I know SERA was always the very heart of -v- and thats still the same afaik... just some of the newer bodyparts cause some concern judging from threads like this one ... sad business
