I need some clarification on this. I tried to copy a BPO in the following way at a Mobile Lab with Scientific Networking Skill on Level 1:
Player Outpost with Mobile Lab at a POS in same system, both owned by the same Corp. BPO in my personal hangar. I go on "Copying", select a free slot at the Mobile Lab. Input and Output are both "My Hangar", I enter the Copies and Run and hit "OK".
All what happens afterwards is the "Calculating Quote" progression bar is appearing, going to full and nothing more ... so am I doing something wrong or how does this work?

You must use the corp hangar, it does not work from personal hangars.

Why do I have to use Corp Hangar? It's says nothing about that, I can select Input/Output my hangar and at all not getting any failure messages. |

Short answer: Because it does.
Long answer:
Scientific Networkign effectively treats the BPO as if it were at the mobile lab, in it's storage area. The storage area of a mobile lab is treated like a corp hangar, and has no personal hangars. Hence, it hangs on the quote.
Annoying as hell, but there's no working around it.

So this Mobile Labs are effectively useless if you want to do private Research.

Well you obviously have access to the POS to use the labs? Just go to it and dump the BPO in the lab

That's the bug. Instead of the progress bar that never finishes, you should be getting a pop-up telling you where the BP needs to be and why it isn't working where it is now.

Seeing as POS are corporate facilities (remember how you had to "launch for corp", not "launch for self"), makes sense that stuff done in POS are corporate activities.
