I just fit 1 dread field for 37.5% to all resistance. I used to fit 2 but found 1 is enough and no point risking losing 2.
So EM is 37.5% no idea on rest at work and not got time to work it out.

Really depends on wher I am and what I am doing. As an example, when in Sansha region 90 % in EM and Thermic - using active hardeners IIs and a named Damage control, to bring other resistances a bit up.

EANM II + Exp, Kin, + Therm tech 2 hardeners + DCU = 73/72/80/80
You also still have room for two LAR's.
(The 73/72 could be 72/73, not sure which.)
