Ok, my agent has given me the "Duo of Death" mission 4x in a row!
Is this common, or am I stuck in some kind of a mission loop?
Should I petition or what?

Please for heavens sake dont petition it!
Do it 4-5 more times, and if it still do give you the same mission, you could bug report it. but pls! Dont petition it! That queue is long enough as it is...
The chanses its a bug, might be there tho. I dont know. but do it a few more times. If you still get the same mission, bug report it. If you bug it give them as much info as possible. Name of agent, when you do the mission etc etc. More info you can provide, easier it will be i guess for them to fix it. That is if its a bug.
But pls... use bug report, ok? You might not get an anwer, but at least you have told CCP about it.

Yeah really....awesome mission. Try getting The Right hand of Zazzmatazz 5 times in a row...and it's a mission I can't do. -_-

It happens.
I had The sevens prison mission 6 or 7 times in a row today.
Back to normal now though.

you could always try a different aspect of Eve... make something, steal something, kill some one, explore, mine, do a complex, form an alliance, setup complex political aggrements and nonaggression pacts.......
This game has so much more to it than missions, to me they are nothing more than a source of income and implants i spend the rest of my time doing anything else i can.

Some missions/offers are bugged. Just submit a bug report. The other day i had an agent offer for 1 unit of some heavy missile. I think someone forgot to add some 0s to the unit field.
