1. In the wake of recent scams, it is highly inadvisable to make an IPO of any sort, especially a large IPO.
2. The capital ship industry is crap at the moment, and payback times are in multiple years for carrier production, for example.
3. Who are you? Why should we give you 20 billion and expect you to make money with it?

Well, as you can see the Capital Ship Industry is seeing high demand and so i want in, im capable of building the ships, its just having the capital to do so.
I need a bit of advice as in, creating shares, and if its worth them
id spend it on bpo's and resorces needed etc. so if someone can help me id be grateful

thats a very good point. i see i need to keep up to date with all these bloody scams
3, im not that demanding 3 bil would suffice, start slow etc
2, hmm il need to examie the market a bit better to see what its like
My goal is to produce Dreads, so initially id build a moros. but i see i deffo need to read up on it.

Well if someone is willing to invest 3bil in it, i think i have a way which may settle some fears
the Said Investor would be made CEO of the corp/ or his alt on the condition that he has nothing to do with the daily running of the corp, the said ivestor would benefit from a return,
the return would be arranged. and the said investor would agree to lend the money untuil a profit of 2.5 bil is made so that a sizable return is made and that i can be self sufficient in it.
how would that sound?

3 billion isn't enough to start a capital construction business. And 2.5 billion of profit will take ages to make.

As it stands, you need a new and fresh idea to make isk to get most investors (like the lab renting idea). Its just too easy to say, "im going to trade modules and get rich" to get any investors.
P-TEC was the last of its kind that will be successful (I hope to God), and the only reason they got away was because they "forged" a reputation by using ISS.
You would be better off making the 3B on your own, and just own the whole operation.
