I used to fly this thing:
Highs:
3x 280mm 'Scout' --or-- 3x 250mm Light Artillery
1x Medium Nosferatu
1x Arbalest Light Missiles (skillbook issues..)
Mids:
10MN AfterBurner
Target Painter
Webber
Lows:
Damage Control
Balistic Control
Pneumatic ?Stabilisation?
Armor repper
and something else like Nanos and/or tank stuffs
And whatever drones I see fit. usually light zippy ones

My idea, don't use bold for big blocks of text.
I'd say Omen is probably best left to take on frigs, fit accordingly.
