Err, there's more to rolling a good PVP character than just high perc/will? Those are the primary attributes needed for training ships, drones, and guns, what else could you want in a PVP char?

Um, I always thought having even atts was best in this game.
As they effect training times, it's the best policy. THIS INCLUDES CHARISMA as it effects leadership and corp management skills. Leadership being needed for fighters and to make gang members more effective.
But hey, what would I know?
They made *ME* a General? What were all the 5 year old sissy girls busy?
o_0 ... How'd he know!?!

Concerning stats, it's wise to first decide what you want to do, do you want a role in eve that needs charisma if not you dont need it. example skill trees that use charisma are mainly: trader, leadership and corporation skills. the other stats are always important so high numbers in those are always good.
Since you stated the char is needed for pvp mainly the only useful skilltree would be leadership, then you need to ask yourself the question is it worth it and will i train those leadership skills anyway. If your answers are no, then the result is easy you dont need an high charisma attribute at all.

ps. and even if you do use leadership skills will my character benefit from a high charisma anyway when using them only for one skilltree.

I would do Caldari Archur or Amarr Khanid and then just train Gallente, no need to start with a Gallante character unless you do that crazy roleplaying stuff.

Edited by: OldPueblo on 05/10/2006 22:18:40 I did a lot of testing with this and as balanced as you can get with the lowest charisma is the best way to go in the long run. Unless you think they will be doing lots of training for social skills or other things that use charisma. Higher perception/willpower just get you to ships a little faster, but what good is that when you can't fit stuff on there well.
