I am frustrated atm. My tutorial has one block left but Beruni Soshi will not give me another mission. Soooo I went and obtained a misson from another agent called "Worlds Collide". Now I'm not sure where I need to go. The location says Mora but is that not just a solar system? I also warped to an area in Mora where pirates blew up my ship!! Now I am floating around in my pod and not sure what to do from here....how do I buy another ship? How to I get back to a base? Can someone tell me more about the "Worlds Collide" mission, is it too tough for me at my level? Sorry for all the questions. Any help in this matter would be greatly apprecited!!!

Worlds Collide is probably the hardest lvl 1 mission you can get but once you learn the trick to it, it is very easy and pays decent ISK for a few mins of work.
However, you want to get a halfway decent frigate before you do it. Either something very fast or something that can tank a little. Typically, your rqce's best Frig is the best choice. ie: Punisher, Rifter, Tristan ect although it can be done in a lesser ship too.
It sounds like you didn't finish the tutorial so you are still in the noob ship?

Yes I am still in the training, have one block left to go..page 28 I think. The problem is that the my main agent will not talk to me or at least give me a mission so I don't know what to do or even know how to finish the (*^%@! tutorial. May be bugged but it's very annoying. I took on Worlds Collide because I thought if I finished it it may adavance the tutorial. The last mission I did for the tutorial was delivering an encoded manual. After that the main agent told me he had others who would be interested in my talents. I fly all the way back to the main agent and he has nothing to say to me! So annoyed right now with this.

Hmm not sure if the tutorial is bugged but don't worry about it. You don't HAVE to finish the last part.
Just close the tutorial and talk to the Tutorial agent in the noob hanger which you started the game at. He will give you an easy mission where you blow up a pirate and get an encoded book from it's cargo. Also with that book will be 4 graduation papers which tells you to go to a certain agent and present it to him/her. This will get you a series of five or six easy missions which pays you some pretty good starter money for a nice frigate and you also get a decent implant when they are all done.
After that, you are good to go and do whatever you want after that.
Make sure you do both parts of the Tutorial agent's mission first though before you go to the agent the graduation slip tells you to.

Ok I have done that quest and have the papers so I will just do those missions since I think the tutorial must be bugged. I have, however, already accepted the Worlds Collide quest so I may try to finish that. Of course I need a new ship since mine got blasted trying to do that mission. Any suggestions on a ship that I should buy?
Thanks

what race are you?
Each race has multiple ships that can do worlds collide. There is usually 1 uber frig, rifter, punisher, tristan, merlin, that can do it. Also each race has a superfast frig, slasher, executioner, incursus/atron?, condor that can also do it as well.
In any case, the general "trick" for the newb is to just run as fast as you can. Loadout? weapons in the highs, afterburner + shield booster in the mid, nano's in the low. Maybe a damage control instead of a nano. Other loadouts can work as well, but the above is how I would do it.
In any case, consult the other "worlds collide" thread for additional tips. There's a very funny story of a guy doing it in a burst(crappy minmatar frig).

If you don't want to deal with the Worlds Collide mission you accepted, you might just want to roll a brand new character, skip the Tutorial and just do that Tutorial agent mission i told you about and the grad slip missions.
The reason i say this is because if you don't complete WC by the time it says, you lose standing with the agent
Then again, i think they give you a week to complete WC so it isn't a big deal. Within a week you should be pretty well prepared to do it easily.

Answers to your questions are all covered in the tutorial.
1. Kill-type mission agents will send you to any solar system in the same constellation.
2. You waited too long.
3. You can buy another ship just like you did the previous one. The tutorial also told you that if your rookie ship is destroyed, you can get a new one from your insurance company by just docking in any station.
4. Regarding the mission: Bringing friends gives them someone else to shoot at.
