The sisi mirror is a bit old, so I'd imagine that you were on trial about 3ish months ago when it was last mirrored, and then later switched to a full account. Unfortunatly, SiSi thinks you are still on trial and you never paid up.
I wish I could give you more advice, but I'm afraid you're probably going to have to wait for SiSi to get mirrored again (which I hope happens soon!)

mine says unaccessable due to requested deactivation on 26/4/2006, when i canceled my acount, but restarted it back up in July after moving IRL, so it must be something between then and now

I dunno but..
My account has never been deactived on Tranq and I still get that message on Test server,
And I remember reading on the forums that a Dev was going to create a forum to request access.
