Many people say that after a lot of completed missions (over 400 in some cases), their agents didn't offer the BP mission.
I would like to check if this is happening to every player doing missions right now.
AFAIK you have only one opportunity to get the BP mission between the 250th and the 280th mission. Is there any player who has got it out of these limits?
BTW: My corpmate has completed almost 370 missions and no BP yet.

to thoses who have done insane amount of agent missions and dont have a BP, little question, did you get many/any agent referals from you lvl 3 agent ? did you get many implants ? did you reject many ?

The bp missions are still in. Recieving them requires a little bit of luck, as well as alot of work, as they have a very low frequency.

I got mine at 257 missions yesterday (and completed about 60 seconds before DT heh)

Social skill lvl5, charisma 20.
Seems to me people get their blueprint at mission 251 or as in this case 257 or not at all, tell me it has frog all to do with luck.

1 deliberate fail @ 309 to see if it would jumpstart agent.
charisma 15.
social lvl 5.
No bp yet. wife got hers at 277 with less charisma and less social skill. Has anyone with social lvl 5 gotten one yet? Everyone i have seen post that they got one has had social lvl 4. Got 5 other lvl 3 referals and 17 implants but that doesn't make up for all the time spent going after the bp reward.

* probability to get the BP mission before the 250th mission = 0
* probability to get the BP mission between mission 250 and 280: x% ("x" being not very high).
* probability to get the BP mission after the 279th mission = 0 ?+?+++?+?+ (maybe 290)
I don't know of any player who has got his BP mission after having completed more than 300 missions.

There is a post in the missions forum's about the most missions taken to get the bp reward. In it there are players getting it in the 300's and one that claims to have gotten it in the 400's. What i would like to know is how many people with social 5 have gotten it, from what i have seen no one with social 5 has.

Sorry to sound overly sarcastic, but with people getting these as early as 250 missions I think hitting 300 is a lot of work.
300 missions * 15 minutes (at least) / 60 (mins per hour) = 75 hours worth of work!!!!

Its the sheer scale of the range that baffles me. In no way , shape or form, can it ever look or feel "right"... certainly isn't fun or gameplay +

Got one yesterday, at mission 258.
Awesome 17/10 minnie agent, me social 4 and charisma 19.
Taking the "lesser" lvl 3 agents up to 250-300 missions over the next couple of weeks, will be interesting.

Got mine last night  After having done 60+ missions for next to nothing not a single Implant. Was starting to get really ****ed off and was about to quit and go to bed.
I though I'll just do 1 more before I go to bed. Click the button and check the journal and I almost fall off my chair. Ended up going to bed 2.5 hours later with a nice Shield Boost Amplifier I BP sat in my hanger.
Charisma 12, Social lvl 3
Agent Awesome +12 +10
Mission number 272
