any idea why its down at the minute? i'm not sure what is going on with my petition, currently i have gotten 1 character back, and im after my main character to be transfered back (since they were stolen), any idea of how i can check to see how the process is going? so far its taken about 26 days, but i dont mind as long as i get my main character back.
The other question is, do i have to pay for another month to still open my petitions. I won't mind as long as i get my characters back.

Maybe CCP just got fed up with the rediculas whining and *****ing that you people are prone too.
Or maybe that Groove guy and his buddies are spaming the support que.
