Mitch has the rest about right. However i`d like to stress this is the 1st time xelas has ever been able to do that and after we are done in the next few days I think thing will return to normal. Atleast for a couple of hours/day So when they bring 90 before they feel like engaging our 20, thats what welsh is referring to by "when we can". Oke?

That could work if and only if they could make enough cash to cover their losses after bobies arrive and make some good cash in the best systems ,and rest assured they will be back. I went to fountain when i even hadn't BS level ;),and i have alot of friends there and i respect bob and celes in the same measure . But dont you guys think that is one of the most dangerous 0.0 space to be around for a small corp?

Fountain has been pretty empty since FA and VC moved out. It's a rich region both in terms of rats and for all you miners. We're not saying it wont be dangerous, it will be, all 0.0 space is. But rest assured you won't be fired upon by Celes and we'll do our best to police the region until the blob arrives.
