Hello!
I am an amazing Amarr/Caldari Subcap PvP character! I have over 9b worth of implants and will make your PVE and PVP dreams come true!

An Account Trade is when both players agree to transfer the characters involved and is essentially 2 sales for .01 isk. Both transfer fees are paid and its completely within the rules.

Refer to above. Transfers are made and accounts aren't swapped.
