Small and funny - rules are easy, yet a little bit odd.
Participate by transferring a small amount of ISK to Mad Betty, minimum size 1.000.000 ISK AND add a reason to the transfer, stating the TOTAL amount of ISK you assume I will collect by this. Multiple entries are allowed!
Lottery closes on Sunday, 19:00 gametime!!!
I will put another 20 Million to the pot!
10% of the resulting pot will be evenly paid to all participants that guessed the right last digit,
10% of the resulting pot will be evenly paid to all participants that guessed the right last two digits
50% will go to the participant getting closest to the total entered amount and
30% each will be paid out to the next five runner ups or to more if multiple people guessed the same, split by the amount of ISK they entered (hey, this is where people entering high amounts are actually well off)
So you might have noticed that 10% remain in my own pocket - I think thats fair since I guess all that handling might turn out to be pretty messy. I'm looking forward to see how this turns out.
Feel free to drop a line when you transferred some ISK, but DON'T state how much you transferred so not to give others a hint.
DISCLAIMER
Transferred amounts smaller then 1 Million ISK will NOT count towards the pot but will be gratefully accepted as donations that go into the next lottery
Transferred amounts of 1 Million ISK or bigger that come without a guess are refunded!
Transferred amounts that are entered after lottery closes count towards the next lottery (given that interest is high enough to justify one).

No entrys a this point.
Imagine: If noone enters but you you will hit all categories! Entering a single million will then get you 18.9 Million in return!
I might tell you that this is no scam but then you have no reason to trust me. On the other hand ... hey, entry fee is only 1 million (minimum).

The first lottery has finished!
And the winner is ......
Nobody. Despite the fact that quite some people told me they wanted to enter I never received a single ISK transfer.
Well - next lottery is coming up, and if I'm right it's even easier and more mad then this one.
.. and hopefully someone WILL enter.
