Why. He lost a single frigate to about 6 cruisers, killing 3 in the process.
That thing was pwn  Tho today he'd loose it to 1, seemings everything fits nos / ecm.

Actually, if I recall correctly, he lost one frigate to 2 frigates and a battleship, killing nothing in the process.

There was a Silver Magnate frigate on escrow last night for 25 billion. I'm guessing this is the same one, perhaps. If I recall correctly, it has 4 high slots (3 turret mounts, one spare for nosferatu), 3 mediums, and 3 lows. It gets frigate skill bonuses to energy turret damage and cap use I believe.
It's an extremely rare (maybe one-of-a-kind?) faction frigate.

There's only a handful of these left in the game (3 at most I'd guess though I'm not sure), pretty much as close to a unique item as you can get in EVE. They were given out to the winning team of the Amarr Championship, with the leader of that team receiving a Gold Magnate (which, as it happens, is the ONLY truely unique item to ever be given to a player in EVE). That died. So now only the Silver Magnates are left, and I believe a couple of those died in the years between as well. Impocs are another of the near unique items handed out back then, and I *think* there's only 2 of those left.

EVE really needs some more collectable ships. There's nothing that's been put out that I know of that isn't from early in the game.
