Hello fellow tinfoil hatters (O_o)
Any idea how to capture the avatar of a corporation? I am in the process of making an eve-video, but need a corp's image. Any help is appreciated.

For corps, the most you can do is pull up an info screen and then push "Print Screen" which saves a screenshot into your EVE folder.
If its an alliance, you can probably contact the alliance for a picture.

I am not too good a photoshopper to cut stuff up from screenies and such, surely there must be another way  Maybe through cache folders or something..

You can't crop an image, but you are making a video? 
It's easy, open photo -> grab marquee -> click drag box around logo -> ctrl+X -> file -> new -> ctrl+V -> save as -> Done!

im also told that the Eve Data-dump (search for it) contains all the seperate images used to "build" the logos. so you would simply need to photochop and layer them together. will certainly look a lot cleaner then chipping it out of screenshots.
