Slightly confused about agents and loyalty points and offers....
You're doing missions for one corp(I'm just starting lvl2 atm) and you are building up some LP's with an agent. Soon, the agent makes you an offer in return for some LP's.
What's the best plan? Should you keep refusing offers and building up the LP's with that agent in the hope of being offered something better or should you accept the offer if it's tempting. i.e. Is the quality of the offer an agent makes directly related to the LP's you have built up with him? OR, is it related to the total LP's you have across all the agents you have been working for in the same Corp? OR is it related to something else entirely?
It's just I keep getting offered 100 light missiles of some cruise missiles or the like and rarely get an offer of something else...although I did get some plutonium the other day which was worth a bit

Most of the offers are crap , so keep refusing since u get not one of the most convenient offers. Actually the offers with the best isk/LP are implans ( +3 or more .. avoid +1 and +2), connection skills, some hardwiring implants ( check on market). Not sure about navy ships ... exept maybe for the CN raven.
Another point is: if u are not making L4 missions, u get few Lp per mission so forget about faction ships . for L3, try to get +3 implant .. ( 10-12K LP, dont remember exactly). If u are doing L1 or L2 i realy doubt u will get anything interesting ...

LvL1: Just trade em in for some +1 implants when you move to lvl 2
lvl2: Trade em in for +2 Implants when you move on to lvl 3
lvl3: Save up and try to get the connections book 19 - 24k LP is when you get offered them. If you go above just wait till you get a nice Implant offer.
lvl4: I am saving up for a CNR, I wouldn't bother trading in for implants coz you get them from the storyline missions anyway. I would just have a look on http://www.eveinfo.com/offers and look for what you want from that list and start saving

Only lvl 4's you should check what you want. Ether save up for 500k or get the 20k plus offers. If you want more of those but are above 40k Take the first one that comes in and hope its a good one.

They've mentioned LPs getting pooled to corps instead of agents as early as Kali 1 or 2, so it looks like there won't be as much reason to cash in on the low LP offers from low level agents. Sort of depends on whether that happens soon or "soon", I guess.
