Only ingame petitions work, you can email them too.

The My Petitions and Create a Petition URLs are still not working on eve-online.com and I've been trying them for days now. I've turned off my firewall and anything else I can think of that would keep the ASPs from loading, and still no luck. I know that I've got a petition in from within the game, as I can't create a new one while playing, but it's weird that it's now a week and not even an email acknowledgement that they've got the thing.... |

Yeah I have the same problem, I put a petition in game and check it in web page 5 days ago. Now that link doesn't work.

Their support system needs some support. Perhaps their IT department could file a petition and get themselves to come and fix that.

I've got a great idea...the customers can become the support for the EVE team. I think it's infinitely fair - I'll fix the petition system for them and in return, they can give me a Carrier every time I do it (although I might be negotiable down to a Rattler or a few dozen Cerberus')...
