Greetings pod pilots.
I am Xaviar Khun, Illuminary Diplomat of The Angel Cartel.
The Angel Cartel are interested to see who in our area are loyal and dedicated enough to take up a competition that would show us the logistical suitability of your organization. To earn our gratitude we require you make a large logistical operation.
The first corporation, alliance, or group to bring all of the following to CL-85V IX - Moon 2 - Archangels Assembly Plant shall be deemed worthy of reward and respect for their logistical and industrial might, as well as their ingenuity.
12 units of Mobile Laboratory
12 units of Advanced Large Ship Assembly Array
100 units of Component Assembly Array
67000 units Fermionic Condensates
10000 units of Robotics
200000 units of Coolant
1000000 units of Liquid Ozone
300000 Strontium Clathrates
The entire amount of materials we require must be escrowed to me personally without any costs. The escrow must be set up to expire in seven days. I will also need a mail sent directly to me, so I know the materials are ready to be claimed.
How you acquire the materials is no concern of ours.
Only the first group to deliver the materials will have their materials claimed and be proclaimed the winner. They will then receive a prize worthy of their efforts. There will not be any prize for second or third place.
The prize for the winner is a fully fitted HEL mothership. The mothership will be delivered to the winning group with some of our finest crafted modules coming from our Dominations corporation. This ship will also come equipped with a drone bay full of fighter drones and enough jump fuel to take you wherever want to go.
The ship will be assembled and ready to be delivered to the winner at CL-85V IX - Moon 2 - Archangels Assembly Plant.

The Angels have extensive shipyards, yet they have limited access to Empire markets.
This is not a contest, it is a purchase order.
I wonder what they want with the gear? And why they need it so quickly their usual channels are insufficient?

If its anything like that will event thing, they won't announce the winner until someone has come in second place. Unfortuantly its pretty obvious someone will have won by now, so I doubt anyone will even try.

They're so good they don't even have to coordinate or announce it on their alliance forums asking for participation. I guess they just 'happend' to have everything in the exact amount, laying around in corp hangars already in the area, right? |

Not to be an ass..but yes. It wasn't the entire alliance who did it. One corporation bought,gathered and transported all the junk and didn't need much coordination with it, rest were called in later on when it became apparent more muscle would be needed.

Considering more than 75% of the required equipment is POS fuel; used by LV in most of our POSes (angel space anyone), and the fact that we_just_might_have large stocks of it, ready to go, perhaps close to CL, then maybe you may expect the dominant force in the region to assist the Archangels.
As for the announcing on our forums. Great that you are a spy. Sucks to you that you are a crap spy.
