Looks to be down for me as well,
Launcher goes in Offline mode:
"OFFLINE MODE
You are seeing this because no connection could be made to the content server or something went wrong while loading the online content.
Restart Launcher"

Same here. Restarted launcher several times and also rebooted. Glad its not just me - so must be Eve. |

Ivan isn't alone. I too am presented with a "Tranquility server: Status unknown" in my launcher.
The boards seem fickle too... Wasn't easy to get this posted.
Until all are free...

Yup, down for me too.
However, I can still login by by-passing the launcher! 
And EVE-Offline's peak just dropped on a Friday evening; something's not right!

Same here. I could login via the .exe file. But launcher id dead.
