This is a great char with a decent alt. He has 3 main inplant(ocu,mem,neu) and a Rogue CY-1. Stats are as follows (25I,20P,6C,19W,24M)
Drone - 3.2mil
Ele - 800k
Eng - 1.6mil
Gun - 2.4mil
Ind - 2.1mil
Lern - 4.4mil
Mec - 800k
Missle - 2mil
Nav - 2.4mil
Sci - 1mil
Spa Com - 4.9mil
He can fly a Mark 5, Amar BS, Gal BS,Cepter,Min Barge

I'm not sure if I am asking to much because I have not see any charactors for sale with the skill points that I have. Any help would be great.
P.S. The other alt account has 7.1mil skill points.

Can ya post some screenies of the important stuff please, Skills, Implants, attributes?
Also some info on your starting, reserve, and maybe buyout would help.

Yes, it is included. It is part of the account. You can have three characters per account, this is the second character. I just wanted a PVP cruiser character that was not associated with my main character. That is why I created and train Tal Jerrico. He is a nice cruiser PVP character with just a little more training. I hope that helps.

Hope you mean that you are NOT selling the account since you
tell us its paid to December - its against EULA.

Just the character. But isn't the character the account? Or is it just splitting hairs? My character is paid up until Dec. I'm not sure the rules on when we trade for isk if you still get the months that I paid for?

Selling accounts is not permitted by the EULA. Selling of characters is providing you pay the transfer fee.

Seller is paying transfare fee - and u must not sell account! U need to transfare char acording to CCCP. If u talk out diferentlly - talk that in private
