Firstly, i want to congratulate YouWhat on regaining control of Cloud Ring.
After many weeks of awesome fighting, RISE has decided to return to Outer Ring and under go a reformation and rejuvination process.
I also want to thank Outbreak for ganking us good. They are a bunch of griefers most of the time but we have found them to be honorable and truely capable PVP pilots.
I wish YouWhat well in Cloud Ring and look forward to seeing them on the battlefield again, this time on the same side as friends.

Shame to see RISE leave, but it is as it was and it will be as is...
Shame YouWhat couldnt get over the fact that they no longer have access to the 10/10 complex. This is after all what this **** started over... Not Cloud Ring as a region, but who controlled the cash cow known as a 10/10 complex...
Either way, well done YouWhat.... you couldnt have done it with out Outbreak, and well outbreak... you ganked yourselves to the top... RISE, you fought, and fought hard, know doubt EVE will see you return to Cloud Ring, and well.... Ultimatly... the spoils goes to the victor... YouWhat... Enjoy the complex till the next alliance shows up, and your forced to employ mercs to help you... RISE, you didnt emply mercs by what I saw, and congrats on that.... But as per alliance warfare (as it is now), the one with the largest wallet wins...
Either way, as per normal alliance warfare, a region has to be conquered by an alliance YouWhat, RISE who cares, as long as peace comes to force and stablisation comes to it.
YouWhat congrats, RISE tis a shame, but you will have your time again, in what ever you do.
I dont support either alliance, but sat back with the popcorn and cheered both sides... T'was fun to watch and well till befun to see what occurs now.

The 72 hour period of positive standings with Outbreak will draw to a close on 10/10/2006 at 23:00.
Those RISE corporations who wish to do so may purchase standings while they move out. I am not in game, but an Outbreak director will be able to answer any questions.
