I'm looking at trading a 14.5M SP Amarr character for either ISK or another character.
This character can use up to 5 R&D Agents at a time and has excellent skills to use them(Level 4). He can fly a T2 Amarr Assault Frig for combat missions or a maxed out industrial(of 2 races). His 5 in Assault Ships ensures he gets the most out of it. He also has excellent capacitor skills and controlled bursts 5 to reduce the cap use even further. Almost 4M in gunnery ensures that he does his fair bit in combat.
With a small bit of ISK, you can have him in either the Gallente or Amarr freighter in under a day.

He can fly an Apoc w/ T1 Large Energy turrets in 6 days.
He can fly a HAC w/ T2 medium energy turrents in 47 days.
His attributes are: 19, 17, 3, 25, 17.

I have a Caldari Industrial with 9mill skill points.
Can fly a Hulk
All advanced learning skills are maxed except Charisma which is up to lvl 3.
Has some of the other main skills to lvl V

Evemail sent requesting information. I'm a little leery about dealing with a 7 day old character and expressed that disturbance in the evemail. I am looking forward to a return evemail with screenshots and some assurance that this isn't a scam attempt.

Energy Management is at 5. Currently training all the Armor Compensation skills to 4. Character is still available.
On a related note, I'm thinking Cruiser 4, Battleship 4, grabbing the skills to use T1 Large Lasers and then going back to work on science skills.
What's worth more to people, T2 Large Lasers or better R&D/Science skills for Kali?

Armor compensation skills are almost at 4.
With Kali on the Test server, I've noticed the following mini-paths:
Rigging:
Jury Rigging

Booster Use:
Science
Biology
Mnemonics
Invention:
Cal Encryp
Min Encryp
Amarr Encryp
Gal Encryp
Miscellaneous:
Astrometric Triangulation
Signal Acquisition
Survey
Salvaging
As the character can't really build anything at the moment, I'm not looking at the invention portion(Other than the character being able to get the R&D stuff). That leaves Rigging, Booster Use and Miscellaneous. From the test server data I have seen, all the character needs is the actual Jury Rigging and Spec Rigging skills so that prelude to the mini-path is done. Same with booster use(Have science 5, can't get any of the others yet). This leaves Miscellaneous.
In preparation, I've acquired the survey skill that I will be taking up to 5 as soon as possible(Once Armor Comp skills are at 4). She already has Mechanic 5 for salvaging, so that'll be that.
Summary: The character is set up to do alot of good stuff come Kali. If you are interested in purchasing this character, evemail me with the ISK amount or trade offer and I will get back to you asap.

As mentioned, Exp, Kin and Therm armor compensation skills are at 4, EM Armor Comp is at 3.
Survey is being trained to 5 at this time.
