Yeah.
He was a noobcorper, flying a Hulk fitted with MDCSM II's through low sec without instas or any form of travel fitting.
What has gone wrong with the people in this game?

Oh and yes, it is fitted with Bog standard Ion blaster I's, but only because I'm too poor to afford named or TII :P

probably for the same reason we bagged a freigter flying afk through lowsec a week or so ago.

Killmails get locked on this forum
and yes, people suck. you think thats bad, ive seen caracals mining with tech 1 lasers and mining drones in 1.0
