Not as small as before and hopefully more fun - rules are easy, yet a little bit odd.
There's
100 Million ISK to be won! (Hey, thats a 2nd tier BS!)
All you need to do is to send in 1 Million ISK and natural number (1,2,3...)
Winner will be the pilot that sent in a Million ISK and the named the smallest Number that noone else chose.
Multiple entries are allowed!
Lottery closes on next Sunday, 19:00 gametime!!!
Feel free to give this thread a friendly bump when you sent in some ISK.
Transfers below one million or without a number will be refunded. Just state 'I want number 5' or something similar as reason when you transfer the amount.

Heya, friendly bump!
The 100 million are set aside, waiting for the first one to enter. Can someone PLEASE tell me why you obviously don't want the cash? Thats pretty much FREE money!

ahh, forgive me but I am confused a bit. How does one win this lottery? Did you say its whoever chooses the lowest real number that nobody else chose? If so wouldn't you just have to pick 1 to win?

I think its more like say 3 people pick number 1 and only 1 person picks number 2....then the person that picked number 2 would win since they were the only person to pick that number.

Heh thats pretty funny.
I think it works like that:
Player 1 buys ticket #1
Player 2 buys #2
Player 2 wants to win, so he buys ticket #1 too, so player 1 doesnt win (Hence "smallest Number that noone else chose")
Dunno if I got it right :)

Fun and refreshing games you have. Yet IMHO this suffers from the same problem as your previous one: if you want, you can have your alt win the game without loss of reputation.
That is, since you get to see all the choices (numbers picked by others) made, you can assure your alt will participate with just the right number(s) to win the game.
