I've worked for Lai Dai to get personal standings so I can use R&D agents and my personal standings to Lai Dai is now 4.86. I got one lvl 4 Q12 R&D agent to do research for me but next lv 4 Q14 agent who requires 4.70 standing and is *available* for me refuses to do research.
I can use up to 4 R&D agents and I'm using 3 atm.
Any hints what I must do to make him do research for me? Raise my stangings more in case his requirements are higher then described in agent info?

you need the 40m isk research management skill to get more r&d agents your only allowed the first one then you need that skill for more 1 per level max of 6 r&d per character
so with the reserach management at 2 you get 3 r&d agents so get it to level 3 and you can have 4, or perhaps you dont have the required skill that the other agent needs

he's already using 3, so he probably has the skill.
Do you have the proper science skill types for him? Other than that, all I can say is standing display bug, although I've never had that happen to me before.

Everything is right now, obviously in this case I had to wait several hours for standings to take effect.

I think you need 6.60 faction standing and 4.70 LD corp standing
OR
6.60 LD corp standing.
EDIT: for lvl4/q14 you need 6.70
