I would just like to say that I am impressed, after playing AO for a long time I have come to Eve and I like what I see.
Stunning visuals, complex and detailed world/game, I logged in last night created my first character and started the tutorial, everyone I have spoken to so far has been a great help.
Anyway just wanted to say hi

hi, and good luck with ur adventuers, a couple tips, to get help the best place is the forums and the help channel in game, also if u ever whant some help with learning the game, tips and stuff i would be more then happy to help, just convo me in game

I'd also suggest reading this post by Tassadar, and the followups some have posted for it as it is perhaps the best way to get up to speed with EVE right now.

You should also check out the www.eve-i.com site, it has loads of good information and articles, guides and forum, it will make your life easier.
Also, the golden rule, don't trust anyone you don't know irl :)

Come check out our corp, we're friendly and do a little bit of everything, even if you don't join, the guys are knowlegable and we have a good time. We could probably help with your interests.
Check out channel "Drats" in game
Also check out the links from the Eve main page there are alot of helpful tips in those sites.

dont play it solo too long ;) just get an idea how eve is and how you do certain tasks, then lookup an corp you like and try to join. much more fun. |
