Hi all, hope U're all fine.
Tell U my little story (french guys here, so forgive my poor school english).
Yesterday I was NCP rating in 0.3 looking for the expanded cargo lot ^^.
I was just finish taking down a Wing leader , my shield was out et my armor under construction.
Suddenly a mega  appears in my 6 , lock me , fire first. I was dead @ all but i head back and fight (scrambled, i can't warp).This guys has positive security status before attacking me, i check him in local before the attack.
He blow me up, i have time to warp and dock in station.
Furious @ all loll, i'll check for Killrights and found nothing. Why? 
Later, i see him again and with mate we meet in a planet. He was with two mates and we were three too.
Attack them blown one of their ships (leader of the gang), no podded @ all. In this battle i lost 3.5 of security status (-0.5 by each ships i attack and -2.0 for destruction of one ships). And of one them have killright on me , so it's why i need help to understand kill rights.

Not 100% on this, but i do belive its bugged.

Not sure if it's bugged or not but what I've seen is that if you retaliate (shoot back) then you don't get kill rights, so if you are killed and you don't fire back. You get kill rights.
At least that's my experience.  |

Erf that the explanation i have too. But during the second fight, dude has fight back and he has kill right on me ...
Not very easy to understand :) but thx ^^
