As that is equivalent to killing, in real life, the entire population of EVE as well as the CSM (monarchs), if every alt was a real person and we all lived in Europe, I think it's safe to say that the pox is not harmless compared to any player organization ever, no matter how dire it's perceived reputation.

It's entirely possible EVE actually has millions of trial accounts activated per year, the majority of which do themselves in after reading his posts.

All this free advertising, I would feel honoured.
Added to which, I quite enjoy Poetic's blog. I Don't necessarily agree with all of it, but they are generally very well written, humorous and informative.
Some of you posting here have your own blogs too. There's a definitive improvement in attitude and in most cases, writing style, when I read your blogs as compared to when I read your forum posts in these forums.
It's almost as-if these forums demand some kind of "watering down" of intellect and grammar when posting.
I prefer the blogs.

I called out Poetic on his "I can't learn PVP!" posting, and he responded by creating his 100 Tristans project. He has since reflected on his failures and his successes in a constructive way.
He has also given credit to E-Uni where he thinks it is deserved and created a "blog a day" scheme for the more interactive members of the community.
If that makes him a pox on the game ... I probably thought I was playing Eve.
Also, someone said he had a blog? Googled for it but came up with nothing. Someone link it?

Despite our disagreements, he's at least willing to put his thoughts and opinions out there no matter how they might be received. He also posts on his main for the most part, which is deserving of respect in this game.
I don't see an issue with him pimping his blog. You don't have to read it.
