I have been trying to cancel my Eve account (due to financial issues alone) for the past couple weeks, but cannot seem to find the option.
Doing exactly as I am directed to, I click the Account Management tab, and then click the "Modify Exsisting Account" option. I then proceed to log in. Here is where the account status and cancellation option should be, but all I get is the "Account Information". There are no other available options besides "Change Password" and "Edit Account Info", which edits the account holder's name, email address, etc.
Does anyone know how you're supposed to cancel?

When in doubt, tell the company that runs your card to block payments to CCP, I'm sure they will figure it out in time
Other than that, I'm no help

It's in the tab called "Subscription Info" there's a link that cancels your account.

Yeah, but the "Subscription Info" tab doesn't show up. It's just the "Account Info" tab. I've even tried doing this from other computers and it's simply not there...

At the bottom are only two choices. However, look at the top of the text box. It should look like 3 file tabs of which the last is Subscription info. Click on that tab and you should see the 'cancel subscription' link.

Here is a screenshot of what it looks like. There are no other tabs available for me to click on. Of course, I edited out the info.

If I remember correctly then this was something that customers that paid with Swift experienced when they tried to cancel. Just contact support about it and we'll escalate this to our billing department. /Cheers
