There's enough flamage going on with this war as it stands, so while this is still on it's first page I thought i'd put it to sleep.
Since I was there at the time i'll tell it like it was without quoting figures.
No-one knows 100% how doomsdays work so ASCN as much as anyone else were guessing that everything in grid is affected by the DD.
This didnt turn out to be true and the fleet sitting on the very edge of the grid was left unscathed (but shaken by a big flash )
A couple of bob friggys who had warped into the station were popped, along with a couple of ASCN ships. Were not talking more than a handful of ships at all so lets not start anymore flame wars, ive seen more damage done with a smartbomb

Had the pleasure of fighting a Minmatar Titan on the test server and I'm pretty sure its more then 65k range.

Only in grid, which means between 250KM and 500KM, nobody is really certain at this point, but as stated, there were BoB ships sitting ~450KM from the cyno and they weren't hit.
