Because the auction was over at 20:00 today eve time as was cleary stated in the beginning at the auction rules. You were five minutes too late.

No, I am really sorry, but the auction was over at 20h00 EvE time, except for the auctions in the sniping. The lastest bidder on item 19a is Fliewatuet at 19h40. 19h40 + 15mn sniper rules = 19h55 : before 20h00, so the end of the auction for this item was 20h00.
Really sorry, but by respect for the other bidder, I can't accept yours.
Maybe next time ? ;)

If a bid is placed before the auction ends, other bidders have however long the sniper time is to place a counter bid.

Ok, thanks, I understand now, I thought the sniper rule is for all the action as a whole, not per item
