Well.....
CTD's and stuff can happen, like really important RL things.
But evading game mechanics....
This issue is in need of dev/gm statements and viewpoints.
I for one, HATE it.

Yea, so the video looks kinda like it was a side project of a viagra spammer (no offense Bob :). I'm sure Bob will refine his editing along the way. Can't expect hollywood miracles right away you know.
I like how it represents the annoyance felt from these tactics, you might disagree, bring something to the table, say something useful about the subject, or go away is my advice.

I understand that the goon had his armor damaged before even meeting you guys, and that he didnt log off because you guys inflicted that damage.
But before i say the words 'log off' again, i was just wondering - how do you know he didnt just crash?

Be careful with accusations of such kind. I remember KOS gang cried in local that we logintrapped them.
Stupid scouts decided that if gate clear whole gang can jump in safely. We just warped in right on top of 'em from near ss in the moment they did this
(big local size ftw)
Edit: and there was a lot of such examples when people who do not watching local or do not have scouts were pwned and yelled after that they were logintrapped

So why are there no cheaters in your video?
If you think the guy was cheating, then petition him and let CCP deal with him. I hear they don't like cheaters on their server.

well i read most of page one then wanted to respond....JuBa corp, from my experience (while they have been in the south) is constantly lookin to kill folks that enter coalition space...they are a good group of guys, and in no way deserve any slander on this posting of their vid.
It is simple and sweet...death to all loggers, and anyone who fights those corps/alliances that employ these tactics will agree. It's a game...its not like if u lose your ship and pod its all over...fight and die or fight and live....thats PvP...

Juba Corp doesnt deserve the slander they are getting in return for slandering goonfleet? and then death to all loggers and its just a game in the same paragraph.
Your reply was almost as poorly thought out and executed as the video itself.
To the OP. Your video was horrible, It was boring, You even repeat some of the text with its oh-so-awesome spinning around effect. The intro goes for longer than the actual ingame footage, I don't know about you but when i go to watch an eve video i watch it expecting to see video of eve not to read text or sit through a list of every gang member involved in the gank and ontop of all of this, The video has next to no content whatsoever and instead 2 straight minutes of watching you clumsily kill an un-piloted merlin and his pod.. oh and then his corpse. NAIL BITING STUFF.
But what gets me isn't that i actualy bothered to download this even after so many people said it was crap, It isn't that a corp member of mine lost his t1 frigate and is now being mocked (haha)
What gets me is that you, Your directors, And i am assuming the entirity of Juba Corp take everything that we did for you in Syndicate and then go and just throw it all in our faces and have the gall to call us dishonourable ones.
Had we known you would turn into *this* as soon as you no longer rely on us to keep your region safe we would have wiped you when we had the chance.
And i pray so hard that i am wrong, and that the chance will come again.

The night before this Video, a -V- 15 or so man gang got jacked by a 30 man logon trap of about 20 goons and 10 RA. Real great tactics here. Next night a goon is for sure to die and then he just logs and auto warps?
I am not sure what your seeing but if you must know what I am laying down is that we used the tools in the game to prevent this player from logging out to avoid certain death for just wantonly flying through a -V- home system as a Hostile.
you think this was about ganking? Or being some punk corp?

Oh wow, interesting. Speeking of logon tactics, I lost a hauler full of minerals from a -V- logon trap. They do it too.
