Looking for:
Human-looking and -sounding name.
Sec status no lower than -1.99
Standings no lower than -4.99 to the four major factions
BC 5 is a must
Be able to fly at least Gallente and Minmatar Tier 3 BCs, Amarr would be a bonus. Don't need Caldari.
Perfect Gunnery supports
T2 Large guns (prefer at least Hybrids and Projectiles, Energy would be a bonus)
Excellent Electronics and Engineering supports
Solid shield and armor tank
Solid drone skills (Combat Drone Operation 5, Drone interfacing 5, etc.)
Cybernetics 5
Fit all T2 rigs
Prefer some Leadership capability for small fleets
10B is the budget. Let's see those chars! |

Will also consider characters that specialize in one race.
If Gallente specialized:
BC 5
T2 Large hybrids
Large Blaster/Railgun Specializations at 4
Perfect Gunnery supports
Perfect fitting skills (including AWU 5)
Excellent Electronics and Engineering supports
Solid armor tank (HU/Mechanic 5, armor compensations 4)
Don't need shield skills at all
Solid drone skills (Combat Drone Operation 5, Drone interfacing 5, etc.)

I keep on perusing through the first ten pages of the Character Bazaar looking for something, but the things I find are either way out of my price range or they don't have the skill spread I want. I know the character I want is out there somewhere... |

Thanks for the two offers people. Unfortunately, neither one met my requirements. I've got one character that can do the Oracle already. I've got two more in training for the Talos and Tornado, but they are six months and a year away from mastery of their respective ships. What I need is a pilot that can do both ships, or one pilot for each, that I can stick on those two accounts to get used to piloting the new ships while my characters train up for them. The character or characters I buy need to have excellent skills from day one, as they will receive no training.
I'm sure somebody has a character or characters I can use for this... |
