i can sell a char claiming its got 46 titans, 12356 dreads and a piece of trit, and that when i trasnfer you the char, if it doesnt have the 46titans 12356 dreads you cant do anything about it
ccp only garantees the character, not assets

It is possible, that I will escrow this items to my alt and give for it percentual part from whole price of this character and we will do a direct trade between my alt and you for ISK.
It is possible to sell the character without assets, but I want to sell the assets first for ISK, because you can buy only character and I will have only separated assets, which I don't need in the future than I will transfer no assets character to you for a second part of whole price.
I hope that can be understand my intention because of my bad English :(...

This is not a problem and should not be in this thread.
Any wise buyes would request all assets that are of intrest are escrowed prior to the swop but after payment has been recieved.
