Can anyone remember where the offline EVE character generator is? I've tried the search box up there (/points) but it's pretty useless

evemon but some questions were raised over its possible inclusion of third party um nastyware. I believe it is a good program but mgiht wanna check to see if its clean or not

Nope, not EVEMon, there was one that was on some EVE website that was browser-based that let you play around with generating new characters.

Aha! That is actually the one I was thinking of at first! All three of the ones posted are cool, thanks to everyone for your help
Now I shall spend the rest of the afternoon playing with them instead of working
