k , so i normally fly arround in t1 /t2 frigs , so today i thought i would try something i never have done before , be a healer :P
grabbeb myself a Exequror , 3x medium 'solace' i remote bulwark reconstruction , and some t2 cap boosters , on the idea of healing almost 1000hp a min , undocked with my new ship , and to my luck , outside i saw a battleship healing itself , i locked target and what luck :D it was almost dead lol , perfect to test my new found fun :D ,
to my supprise , when i went to activate the repair , i got the " hey ,were concord , and if u do that , were gonna kick ya a*se" messege ,
do u really get beaten by concord for trying to help out a fellow eve'ian ? or is this some bug , im to scared to test out ( those repairs r not cheap :P , or easy to find  )

You should be fine as far as I know. If you wanna make sure, just fit a normal (non-named) remote armor repper on a cheap frigate to dispel any doubts :)

i just tested on a empty newbie ship + a npc station with a cheap t1 + cheap named rep , nothing happend , have yet to test on player.
