This thread here has a forum mod officially stating that logon traps are an exploit. Can we have official GM confirmation or denial of this, please? IE, has the policy changed?

Apologies if this has been asked already.
Dont trust what forum mods say, their comments can often contradict what Devs and GMs say, and when it comes to in game actions, only 2 out of these 3 matter.

I'm fully aware of that, but regardless of whether he's a forum mod or not, he's still a CCP "employee" (paid or unpaid...) and comments need to be consistent, whether he's meant to be making them or not.

Login traps have been said to be "Cowardly" by a dev in the dev blog, but nothing more.

Forum mods are chosen for their capacity to follow and apply rules. They dont necesarily know whats happening in the game.
That thread proves this.
