If the server crashes while you're in middle of a mission, does the mission counter (for the bonus) still keep on ticking?

Yes it does. Kiss your bonus goodby.
It could be worse, you could be me and have a skill that finished up nanoseconds after the server crash... and have to go somewhere in a few minutes for a long trip.

how long does the proxy server take to go back up?
hours? days? minutes?
if i lose training time im gonna be ****ed.

Damn people, I don't know if y'all are getting connection problems individually or not, but this is the first time in the past two months that I've ever come across a full server-crash like this.
Hell, I've only been DC'd about three times, and usually that's because my cat's a choad and likes to knock the router off the table.
Guess what ... no matter how powerful they are, no matter how many they have ... they're still computers. **** happens.
Though my sincere sympathy to any who lose ships due to this. That just sucks, if it's CCP's computers or an evil cat at their place, it just sucks regardless.
