the outposts are really nice, but one things really lacks there, it's missions
why couldnt a corp which has a +standing with a npc corp get ability to "recruit" a couple agents?
thinking for example of Khumatari Holdings owning Unity outpost, they're sort of a roleplay minmatar corp, and have great standings with brutor tribe and some others
why couldnt they "hire" a couple agents, and i dont know maybe the more standing, the more agents or the higher level ones?
it would definately give a goal after an outpost creation (which is already quite an achievment) ------

That is one way to add content into a outpost, and a nice idea as a beginning.
However, i would personally prefere that the outpost ovner corperation could act as an agent themself, giving out "missions" through the upcoming contract system, with a few changes that alows for standing control, increased rewards and so on...

That would be neat. Create an agent in the station that offers new kinds of 0.0 missions.
Offering jump clone privileges in exchange for faction or officer loot that is dropped nearby, or gaining standing by completing NBSI missions, thus reducing refining or docking fees, or offering T2 items the alliance manufactures in exchange for morphite or moon minerals would all be awesome.

Problem is if they'ed have to limit how many missions the agent can hand out a day, or allainces might use them as ISK generating machines.

Resource competition in 0.0 is part of the game - adding infinite isk through missions trivializes the 0.0 experience. Rats and roids at least are at least limited by spawn rate and quality.
Missions have no such drawback. They can be handed out... infinite times. You can see high-sec missioning has already ruined low-sec competition because its just retarded to risk your ship for low-sec rewards when you could just find a comfy 0.5 and make almost as much lp
