I'm still a newbie in this game, however i recently aquired a blueprint. I'd like to go into manufacturing. Can you guys teach me the basics or point me to some resource on the web? I don't have the slightest clue and tbh, i'm afraid of wasting my BPO. Thanks in advance!

There are some great tutorials out there if you look, but here's the 1 minute cheap version. You can't waste a BPO unless you trash it. Just grab a factory slot, load the bpo, load the minerals, hit run, and profit. ^_^ -------------------------- "only a fool flies a barge in 0.0..." well I hope SOMEBODY is around to mine and manufacture. 25k newbie ships running around is fun for awhile, but I'd like a little more variety in the 'verse.
yes, I know your post was a bit tongue in cheek. At least I hope it was...

Take the blueprint to a station that has a factory you can use. Check the bill of materials on the blue print to find out how many of what kind of minerals you need for the run. Get the minerals and put them and the blue print in the hanger. Click on the industry button. You will likely be able to figure it out from there.

Right click, info..
Scroll down under 'Attributes', a BPO will show 'Licensed Production Runs Remaining' as 'Infinite'.
