Actually I don't think that is the titan, the model was intended to use for a battleship AFAIK.
(Wouldn't surprise me if it was the apoc, look closely...).
This model is under the "real" amarr titan folder in the files:

that is not a amarr titan, that is a battleship from way back that never made it to realase. the amarr titan has like a mushroom top and a long body of a geddon ( but bigger ) :D

Titans cost so much that even if they released them now you wouldn't be able to get one. If the print was avaialable on the market it would cost like 500 billion isk. It would take more than 8 months to make that kind of money anyway.
Titans are a trump card CCP uses to keep everyone from quitting. Of course if they actually ever release them. People will fly around for a couple months and mine out entire systems with the thing, move some ships, then make another quiting eve out of boredom post.
At this point in the game there really isn't that much isk out there. With the roid bug, new npc spawn rules, worthless drops off convoys, and a market where ships sell less than the cost of required megacyte to build; money making has been brought to almost a stand still accept for the bistot miners and pirates.

Looks nice, but realisticly most of us will never own titans.Their stats so far are mediocre at best, compared to their huge prices.sure 500k cargo is nice, but have you seen the shields/armor/cap of those things??
Titans will cost more minerals then player owned stations.. battleships are disposable (kinda) Titans will take months to regain.

well, i must say, titans look like they would be fun to drive. shields and stuff not good on them?? well good. It ought to be that way, since they are mobile stations, the members should be the ones to protect it. I'm sure when those are released sentry guns and other things willl be deployable. That way if members log out and a pirate finds it and wants to create trouble, sentries can, somewhat, protect it. Hm...that may even bring up upgrades of sentries and more. I like it. 
Oh and about the market, I think anyone that sells something under the npc cost to build is a fool. Too bad too many ppl are doing it to compete with one another. Might as well waste their time mining and making more isk that way. And then implants, pfft, 5 mill an implant? Too bad they can take 7.5 hours to get one.....mine for 7.5 hours, then buy and implant and make 2.5 mill in the process. Market? what kind of market is this? I feel bad for the producers. But what can ya do? Nothing really. Perhaps bpc are a bad idea, and should be eliminated and deleted from anyone that owns one (with some sort of predetermined compensation of course) too many producers...not enough demand. But back to titans, good stuff, I like the one that shows the titan in relation to a station. hehe, 5 mwd active, ram a staiton and move it :)
