I assume you're refering to stuff like Kruul's dna?
I personally just keep them as trophies.
I have heard rumours that certain COSMOS/agent offers require them, but don't quote me on that.

I once had to get Elena Gazky's DNA for a Hookbill BPC offer, other than that I've never had any use for them and just trashed them.
I'd assume some of those are used in a similar manner for other offers.

DNA does nada right now.
I'm hoping though, someday (Kali??) I'll be able to use it to Genetically modify things or create implants with invention.
Note: wishful thinking...I have the Biology skill from character creation

I always thought it would be nice to have Genetic Engineering and things like Zor's DNA combine (along with other things) into something along the like of a permanent hardwiring. Zor's obviously would give little more of an edge on speed in much the way his implants do, Krull might provide a minor boost for armour tanking...

from what i've been reading in the EON articles and dev blogs sounds like combat boosters and mutators got pushed to the back burner due to some implementation difficulties. My philosophy is any kind of unusual stuff I find gets stuck in a cargo container named "Corpsicle Meat Locker" in the back of my hanger along with my collection of frozen corpses. After all you never know....

I think biology will increase effiency of boosters. Tho if you only have few levels in it... does it really matter.
