Most of gal mil can't fly anything bigger than a t1 cruiser. What is the point of cobbling together an Ishtar fleet when we know that engagement will just end in a vicious cascade of T3's and supercarriers?

Galmil does not have a supercap fleet. From what I understand you have to treat EVE like a second job if you go the super pilot route.

Seems all these old players have all this SP and billions of ISK distributed across 3-4 accounts and 10 characters each with caps and supers and assorted subcap shinies rusting in hangars across new Eden because there's no one for them to fight. So they just blob on people smaller than them and tell themselves this is the way it was meant to be.

Snuff bitching in local that we are not going to fight there ~15 Svipuls with logi frigs.
I jump an archon into a deepsafe in same system.
Goal of this was to bring some prefit pvp ships into system via carrier.
We knew snuff was in the system when the cyno went up.

Jump went like this
A: "Light it"
V: "its up"
A "... S*** im not in fleet invite me quick"
*20 seconds pass*
A: "Anything on dscan?"
V: "wait a sec"
A: "F it, yolo"
*jumps*
~15 Svipuls with logi frigs land at cyno.
*Dragged to channel with support fleet of about 10ish frigs-dessies in the same system*
A: *warp arthur now!!! Shoot "this guy" and "this guy" (Svipuls that have scrams fit)
*wait 20 seconds, start 3 large smart bombs*
*Half the Svipuls burn away to 10km+"
*Launch Depo refit to stabs, warp out*
