These are actually the same ore type ratio for same truesec, if you look it up. The roids are just smaller, that's all. And yeah, null is always out of trit, pye, iso and mex, especially mex. The ratios in belts are far off for building... anything.

Besides: Why would you mine Kernite? Drone lands have abundant Omber roids in the normal belts which contain a lot more Isogen than Kernite. Mexallon could be a problem (again? ) but it's available in the Gneiss roids in your anoms, in Arkonor in the normal belts as well as Hemorphite and Hedbergite. Really, a hundred people shouldn't be able to wipe out all the Veld, Scordite or Plag in a single null sec system but that creates as many problems as it solves.
