Seems that thievery remains endemic within the Galaxy... tough break Techell.
Really wish we could declare individual vendetta's against individual people, irrespective of what corp they join...it follows them everywhere until you kill them or they kill you... just limit it to one per person ...
would make for so much more fun
and much cleaner than all this hiding behind NPC Corps and such like.

*hides behind alt*
The thief in question belongs to Space Invaders, not a n00b corp.
Those with intelligence would know that a little research (ie. search for character name, show info) would have shown this. |

Probably wise to stay behind that alt... because... i think you will find he joined SI about.. ooo ... 30 minutes ago....
Previously he belonged to Techell, not a n00b corp... though, technically, upon resigning (or being kicked) from techell he would have gone to a deaful NPC Corp... not a "n00b NPC corp"... ("The Scope" in this case)
I DO so love these people who claim intelligence but fail to use it themselves.

Your point would be valid, but you were in techells ingame channel the same time as i was, when they made their official announcement, and a 'knight' of Techell let slip the name of the thief. By this time he was already in SI.
O btw, selling BSs, supplies going quickly! 2 domis, 2 armas, 3 apocs, and 2 scorps are all i have left! act now! Edit:They are at Algogille Navy testing facilites btw.

Man that sucks. Tough break Techell, hopefully your hanger access has been redistributed.
I take it this 'falzone' was a director, having the ability to get that much stuff? |

A pertinent question; was this Falzone always a Space Invader spy. Or just a disgruntled employee who has decided to go pirate by joining the biggest pirate alliance in the game in the form of the Biomass Dork Empire?
I think its an important issue.
Because if SPVD did plan this in advance its possible they could have other spies in place waiting their opportunity.
In any case both SPVD and Falzone need a double dose of kicking on general principle.
(But then I would say that)

Why should they? The market is all about supply and demand. People buy regardless of price if they want it or not. How about you? Would you just given them away for no profit at all being a real charity organization? If blame anyone, blame CCP.
As for techell get ships stolen, thats quite bad really. Shows what kind of flaws there is in the game mechanics when someone can get away with so much. Well if techell is made up of so close friends as it seemded to be, I guess this thief wasnt all that good or much of a friend after all. Sell your friends down the river for some petty stuff on a online game, now thats sad.
Ive traded with techell in the past and they always been honest and fair about their trades, they been suppling ships in secure space and bought minerals at more than fair prices as well. If techell goes down the drain, it will be a sad day in the history of EVE.
Being jealous over their sucess as traders and flame them on these forums is just being petty and sad.

Its not, they worked hard to be a succesful corp, and they have it all stolen from them. I wont be surprised if many of them quit now.

if he was a si spy from beginning then he was one for a LONG time. a few members have gotten bored with the game and have joined pirate groups...hes not the first...just the first to jack the corp

Disgruntled staffer..
Can you really see SI saying "no" to a guy walking in with that much hardware?
Planning a long-term sleeper op?
Nah.
Paranoia setting in Jade.

There is a fine line between paranoia and reasonable caution. But sure, if the guy is a disgruntled staffer he has certainly found a way to stitch up Techell / eerrr, and us too actually ... damnnit.

Hehe if we'd have to do something like that Jade, we'd need to have someone prepared to sacrifice 5 months of their playing time solely to work himself up in a corp that might have the chance of being big later on.

/em chuckles
I wouldn't worry too much about some guy buying his way into SI by handing out multiple battleships to all who ask...
he wants to go try PvP.. that will use up 99% of them by himself.
In truth I would not feel that "pally" with him in my corp, were I in SI's shoes, which I am not nor would I ever be *cough* *cough*.
Mind yer wallet DM.
