For me, a modules trading junkie, this would be a GODDESS-SEND... (along with ever other person that is active on the market...)
An option in the right click menu on the orders page to 'View Market Details' for item type. This shouldn't be hard, as the item type info is a selectable option, and the view market details is an option if you are presently in possesion of said item. When you are managing manu buy orders, and don't have the item to click, you have to manually search for them, or fill your quickbar with MANY MANY links..
This would save the needed queries to search every time you wanted to see the current state of other market orders for that type, and just make a single one to display the item information.
When you are going through 90 buy orders, this saves time, effort, and cpu cycles. When you 'jump' between different items frequently, this saves needing a quickbar that's almost as big as the items list, saving it for the stuff you do need easy access to, such as ammo, commonly replaced mods, etc.
This is a low-risk, high-benefit change for a 'secondary' profession, that would surely aid many others than just myself.

And this feature already exist. They have to get the id of the clicked item and call the same method than when clicking an item in the asset or ship's cargo(view market).
Explaning is a way to bumb :D.
