I just got Adobe and this was my first attempt at a video, so it is not going to be the greatest as far as theatrical value is concerned. The interesting part of the video is popping an Apoc, Raven, Dominix, and an Ishkur in the span of five minutes, it is in the last part of the video. The text at that point was basically the words that were in my head when that happened so I put it on there. Next time though, I will be more discreet! Like I said man I just picked up Adobe Premiere the day before I put this video up on eve-files, and it was my first video editing ever. So I can understand what you mean about the production value being pretty low, as you can tell I found one transtition that worked, and I was happy. I am putting Fraps of my Typhoon now so hopefully that one will be a little better. ::prettier explosions::

I did not set out to do "lets be friends" style PvP with these people. All the people in local and on this film are enemies of my alliance. They were caught ratting in the belt. To be honest, most of them seemed to be caught with their pants down. I do not make any claims of this being my best performance. It is however my first video, and I had the footage from less than a couple days of killing in the region. Once again thanks for the comments and suggestions, I have another video coming up soon, hopefully I can add a little better theatrical production to this next one.

You are wrong, and you have now declared yourself to be as stupid as the other guy who brought it up. ECM is no different then fitting any other module, it has a % chance to work. To me that is no different than fitting a disruptor, a dampener, any other mod. Hell even fitting different size guns. The quip about "being favored by people with less skill" is truly amazing, seeing as just about every video I have ever downloaded from this site has included ECM modules on PvP ships that can afford the slot for it. Do us a favor and link some video's staring you, oh wise ones. Give yourself a break and calm down next time before you explode your retard juice on my thread. Cheers! Ships like dominix are very much effective with ecm, even though it's a chanse every time you use it you _will_ jam someone rather frequently, especially if you have more than one. It's the same with turrets, you're not sure if your turret is gonna hit someone every time it fires, but you're not gonna fit missiles instead. Instead of fitting ecm you could fit modules that work all the time but are less powerfull, I would rather go for the jammed 40% of the time, than 90% firepower 100% of them time. IMO his setup is totally valid, and as you see it works. In a game of killing or be killed you are either A: Stupid or B: Moronically obsessed about honor in battle or some other crap if you don't use all the methods you can without exploiting the game mechanics. I don't fit ECM on most of my ships, cept for a very few where they fit in with my playing style, but just calling of an entire class of modules "lame" is nothing but ignorance or stupidity. Harsibash	Posted - 2006.10.16 13:48:00 - [31] I was going to download this, but then i remembered i hate Domi vid's Xo ECM/Nos/Drone boats are very OP atm - you can nos up your high, ECM the mids and tank the lows, while your drones to sick damage. It's basically PVP without risking anything and CCP need to nerf it. This isn't a personal attack, but in 1on1 you cant beat that type of setup - cause you have to be well out of nos/ecm range... which means out of warp scram range - so your opponent can just warp off. I prefer Frigate/T1Cruiser PVP - its alot tigher and uses more pilot skill IMO.

I will tell you right now I have achieved the same results in my next video in a completely different ship with just as much success in about a DAY. And of the top of my head I can think of a number of setups with other ships that can be used just as effectively for what its intended purpose is....... Killing large targets and not getting killed while travelling through 0.0 hostile space.

I would just right click on the link I provided and click save as.. Also, I know some people asked me about a low quality version, I have tried twice now to lower the rendering, but I make some stupid error like forgetting to render the sound It takes like 5 hours to render the damn thing and basically makes my computer worthless, so I will try again as soon as possible. I am not sure what your problem is, you may have to use a Tech 2 100MN MWD, or maybe the skills that apply to your top speed are low. It is pretty hard to outrun anything but torpedos, and even then it can be hard in a Dominix, especially coming out of a Raven. Probably but fighting two PvP setup battleships can be a problem, there is too much to account for really, but it is doable it just depends on wether or not they can hit you. AKA can they slow you down somehow. Otherwise it is certainly possible to take two on at once. My damage is a little low on the Dominix, because I am not a Gallente or Heavy Drone specced character. So with Tech 2 Drones and Gallente V, I am sure you could easily take two out with a NanoDominix.
